Maintenance
The plastic film protecting the sole must be removed from all shoes. Walking on the film may damage the soleRemember to gently brush the leather on your shoes using a soft brush. Use a suitable product to waterproof your shoes. We recommend asking a cobbler to fit a half-sole on the front of the shoes after wearing them around ten times. Resoling shoes helps them last longer.
DELIVERY
Standard delivery 12,95 CHF.
Customs fees are free.During the Outlet (from 28 October to 1 November inclusive), our order preparation time may exceptionally be extended to 72 working hours due to high order volumes.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the carrier.
RETURN
The return costs are at your expense.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
