Maintenance

Hand wash in cold water
Wash without rubbing, wringing, or brushing the knit
Wringing: Never wring out the sweater
Lay flat to dry
Ironing: Ideally, avoid ironing if the sweater naturally regains its shape. If necessary, use an iron set to a very low temperature
Storage: Always fold flat; never hang on a hanger for extended periods to prevent the sweater from losing its shape at the shoulders or stretching out

Standard delivery 12,95 CHF. Customs fees are free.

RETURN

The return costs are at your expense.

TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.

Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
