They require special care to ensure that they last as long as possible.
- Wipe jewelry after contact with fresh water
- Avoid contact with sea or pool water, detergent soaps, oils, perfumes and cosmetics
- Store products in the original pouch to protect them from light and humidity
- Rub the jewelry with a chamois-type cloth to prevent tarnishing and preserve all its shine
- Leave the clasp protruding outside the pouch when storing to prevent the chains of your necklaces from forming knots
DELIVERY
Standard delivery 12,95 CHF. Customs fees are free.
During the Outlet (from 27 May to 1 June inclusive), our order preparation time may exceptionally be extended to 72 working hours due to high order volumes.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the carrier.
RETURN
The return costs are at your expense.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
