Maintenance
We recommend waterproofing your shoes with a suitable product before wearing them.
Be careful not to spray too closely, as this can leave a mark. We recommend testing on a hidden area before you apply the product directly onto the entire shoe.
Remember to gently brush the leather on your shoes regularly using a soft brush.
DELIVERY
Standard delivery 12,95 CHF. Customs fees are free.
During the Outlet (from 27 May to 1 June inclusive), our order preparation time may exceptionally be extended to 72 working hours due to high order volumes.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the carrier.
RETURN
The return costs are at your expense.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
