Maintenance
Fine gold-plated and silver jewellery is precious and delicate and requires particular care to stay beautiful for as long as possible.
- Wipe jewellery after coming into contact with freshwater
- Avoid contact with sea or pool water, detergents, oils, perfumes and cosmetics
- Store the products in the original pouch to protect them from the light and humidity
- Polish your jewellery with a jewellery cleaning cloth to stop it from tarnishing and keep it looking as shiny as new
- Leave the clasp hanging outside the pouch when you are storing your jewellery to stop your necklace chains from forming knots
DELIVERY
Standard delivery 12,95 CHF. Customs fees are free.
During the Outlet (from 27 May to 1 June inclusive), our order preparation time may exceptionally be extended to 72 working hours due to high order volumes.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times may vary from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the carrier.
RETURN
The return costs are at your expense.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order at home or collect it from a collection point to return it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
